The
IAP Reference Database is
a routinely updated computerized data file of literature selected
because of its relevance to psychological assessment, measurement, and applied psychometric
methods. All social and behavioral sciences journals listed in Current
Contents Social Sciences
Index are reviewed on a weekly basis and selected references are imported into the
system. This
has been occurring since 1994. The IAP Reference Database is managed using
Procite software.
The current database includes over 16,000 records.
Updates to the IAP Reference Database are posted routinely. Update notification occurs
via the
IAPCHC Listserv.
IAP does not guarantee the accuracy of all material in the system. The system has
evolved over 9
years with multiple individuals entering many of the references by hand. The end user is
responsible for verifying the accuracy of any references used.
